Simple & Effective Winter Hair Treatments
Our hair does not like the winter. The conditions inside our house and business are even worse than the outdoors, where the icy winds and low temperatures whip our hair into a flyaway tangle. Indoor heating significantly damages the cuticle of our hair and dries out our hair. The barrier that served as the hair's defense begins to dissolve and peel off.

You need to make some adjustments to your hair care routine if you want to break this unsightly and cruel winter cycle.

1. Wear a hat

In order to prevent your hair from losing moisture to dry air, wind, and rain throughout the winter, you should keep it covered. Put aside your concerns regarding the dreaded hat hair. Protecting your hair comes first. Your hair dries out in the weather, making it more brittle and susceptible to breaking. Additionally, wearing wool, cotton, or other textiles might break your hair. You can prevent this by lining your hat with silk or satin.

2. Massage hair oil into your scalp

Your scalp becomes dry and itchy throughout the winter due to the absence of humidity in the air. This eventually causes issues with the hair, including dandruff, itchy scalp, and flakiness. In the end, these problems result in hair loss. Your hair may benefit greatly from a hot oil massage utilizing nutritious hair oils like coconut and olive oils. You can also use herbal oil made of ayurvedic herbs like Tribal Black Oil.

The ayurvedic oil penetrates the hair shaft and maintains the moisture in the hair. The scalp's blood flow is enhanced and the hair follicles are nourished during a massage with Tribal Black Oil, which promotes hair growth.

3. Alter your hair-drying habits

When hair is wet, it is particularly susceptible. Don't rub your hair dry after taking a shower. Instead, use a soft microfiber towel to gently push out the water. When your hair is damp, use a wide-tooth comb to gently comb it from the ends up. To avoid damaging your hair follicles, use a gentle brush and wait until your hair is 80% air-dry before using a comb or blow-drying.

4. Avoid frequent hair washing.

Too much shampooing can result in a dry, itchy scalp. In the winter, you can go longer without shampooing since you perspire less. Shampoo removes dirt from the hair while also robbing it of the essential oils that keep the hair nourished and protected.

5. Finish drying your hair before leaving the house.

Even though you might already do this in the summer, it's crucial to make sure your hair is completely dry before you leave the house in the winter. The hair shaft enlarges and becomes more brittle in cold hair. It also hastens the fading of your hair color. Before you leave the house for the day in the winter, give your hair the time it needs to air dry, or even better, switch up your winter hair care regimen entirely. You should wash and style your hair at night. In this manner, blow-drying your hair during a busy morning is avoided.
