Russian Defense Minister Sergei Soigu said the Russian military has reduced the intensity of attacks to reduce civilian casualties. Al Jazeera news
Soigu made such a claim at a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization of Uzbekistan on Wednesday.
It is said by the Western countries that the Russian troops have suffered while fighting against the Ukrainian troops. Because of this, they have to reduce the intensity of their attack.
