# 2 Enter a recovery email and the reason why the email must be recovered

After we click Try to restore, we will be asked to enter an email that is still active and can still be accessed as a recovery email. The email used as a recovery email can be email from Gmail, Yahoo Mail or from other free email providers or by email from a personal domain. After entering the recovery email click Next, then we will enter the reason why the email must be recovered by Google. Make logical reasons and describe how important the email is to you. #3 Waiting for review to get email reply

After trying to restore the account, Google will review the data on the account to be restored. The review process will usually take up to 2 working days. After reviewing for 2 working days, if the account meets the requirements to be restored we will get a reply email from Google.

#4 Re-verify

After getting an email that the recovery is approved, the next step is to immediately re-login to the deactivated Gmail account to verify. The trick is to enter your mobile number for verification, either via SMS or via telephone where a 6-digit number will be sent later for verification.
