Russia's extreme letter to Ukraine
Ukraine has been given ultimatums on a number of issues, including recognizing as Russian territory that Russia controls. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced the extreme letter on Monday (December 26). He said that if Ukraine does not implement the conditions announced in the charter, the Russian army will do whatever it takes to fulfill them.
