i-doc is a document management software system designed by Somnetics. i-doc is an immensely powerful document management system for handling challenging document management requirements and it does so with perfection.
The as-built drawings were uploaded to i-doc with the correct indexing and sub-indexing. The codification of the indexing for each drawing was generated systematically through the system and duplicates were checked for. The users could create limitless sub-indexing under each module.
AutoCAD (.dwg) files could also be searched and viewed in the in-built viewer, and all the as-built as well as approved drawings were archived in the server and could be easily retrieved with just a few clicks.
