Getting a Work Visa – The Application Process
There are several stages of getting a work visa in Sharjah.
1. Get an employment entry visa and approval of a work permit application by the Ministry of Labour (MOL). The employer must submit the visa quote approval and employment contract to the MOL. Once you obtain the approval and entry visa, you will have 2 months to enter Sharjah. Upon entering Sharjah, you will have 60 days to get your residence visa and work permit.
