Post Breakdown of SSC Constable GD Recruitment
Nationality/ Citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India. Vacancies are state/ UT wise hence a candidate must submit domicile/ PRC against his state/ UT.
Educational Qualification: The candidates must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University.
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 23 years as on 1st January 2023. Candidate should be born between 2nd January 2000 to 1st January 2005 (both dates inclusive). However, after relaxation of three (03) years in upper age, the candidate should not have been born earlier than 02-01-1997.
Note: Due to unprecedented Covid Pandemic, it has been decided by the Government to grant three (03) years age relaxation beyond respective prescribed upper age limit for all categories of the candidates as one-time measure for this recruitment.
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates. For more details, check official notification.
Pay Scale: Pay Level-1(Rs.18,000 to 56,900) for the post of Sepoy in NCB and Pay Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100) for all others posts.
