The Developer Of Mapsko Casabella
A residential community in Sector 82, has been requested by the department of town and country planning (DTCP) to make sure that any encroachments from common spaces are removed within a month.
This occurs almost three years after Casabella homeowners complained to the CM window about the developer for allegedly selling the common areas’ green spaces to credulous purchasers.
The senior town planner’s office in Gurugram has also requested that the developer build sign boards designating certain common places (such as parks) for public use and submit a compliance report within one month, according to authorities.
Additionally, the developer has been instructed to act right away to address the issue of the subpar plumbing work that was done in the basement and shaft area, which has resulted in leakage and seepage issues. The government has received several complaints from allottees alleging that certain people have encroached upon the green spaces in the dispersed portions of the community, according to senior town planner Narender Solanki.
We have requested that the developer remove any fences or other encroachments to restore the green spaces. Otherwise, he continued, the DTCP enforcement wing will take the necessary steps.
The senior town planner stated that the government has already been working on conducting an audit of residential societies, including Casabella, about structural flaws.
The developer’s representative could not be reached after many tries.
Other concerns highlighted by the inhabitants included the society’s inadequate installation of fire and safety equipment, noncompliance with the rainwater collection system, an inadequate sewage treatment facility, and subpar lifts.
The STP has also requested that the responsible departments review the complaints and give their corresponding reports.
Although the project was first announced in 2009, the builder just began to provide possession in 2016.
Approximately 900 of the 956 apartments are occupied right now.
After much wrangling, the DTCP has ordered the developer to fix the outstanding infrastructure issues.
Dharm Veer Singh, president of the RWA at Mapsko Casabella, stated that we anticipate improvement on the ground within one month.
