It's common knowledge that the Hajj is one of Islam's five pillars. Before the epidemic, millions of Muslims from all over the globe made the pilgrimage to Makkah to pray at the Great Mosque of Makkah (Masjid al-Haram). Crowds are returning as the Saudi government lifts its ban on entering the country because of the plague. A parent or legal guardian should declare that their minor kid has entered Ihram. The assumption that the guardian has entered Ihram on the minor's behalf is false.
The guardian conducting Umrah for a minor must also make the intention to perform Tawaf and saa'ee on behalf of the minor. During these two ceremonies, he may carry the baby. Tawaf should be performed in his name first and then in the kid's name. It is adequate for both of them if he performs just one Tawaf. It is permissible for him to do a single Saa'ey for himself and the child. You do not have to make a Dam for the kid if they mistakenly break a rule while in Ihram, such as concealing their head or wearing street clothing. But if he does it on purpose, like putting on clothing to be warm, then his guardian will have to make the fidyah for him.
The guardian shall next execute Qasr, or the shaving of the head or cutting of the hair, once the kid has finished Tawaf and saa'ee. The Prophet (PBUH) prayed three times for those who shaved their heads and once for those who clipped their hair. Therefore it's clear that shaving is the better option. Cutting the kid's hair is all that's needed if you're worried about the youngster catching a cold, but shaving the whole head is important.
