Indian residential sector is attracting global investors for investment
In India, we have invested in multiple residential builders including Tata Value Homes, Ashiana Housing, Signature Global, and more. The total green component of this investment amount to $133 million. We have provided approximately $400 million to local banks and housing finance companies to lend to green house owners.
