Happy Wheels Will Survive Flash's Demise As More Information Surfaces
Happy Wheels' inventor has spoken again, and we now know what the game's future holds. In addition, a javascript version and a sequel are in the works.

On January 9, 2020, Happy Wheels designer James Bonacci published an update on the game's future on totaljerkface.com, the game's official website. A javascript version of Happy Wheels has been in development since the beginning of 2019, and he acknowledged that he probably ought to have written a news article about it sooner.

It will be available before Flash gets "murdered by Chrome," according to Bonacci. Happy Wheels' Javascript version wasn't what he had in mind for this month, but he doesn't see it occurring soon away. He's only speaking out now because Pewdiepie did exactly that earlier this year, prompting many to declare Happy Wheels dead. "Probably didn't want to inform anybody so nobody would ask me when it would be out," asserts Bonacci.

Happy Wheels' Javascript update will be a wonderful improvement since it will run at 60 frames per second (fps), even if the physics will remain at 30 fps. But sadly, according to Bonacci, all previous replays will be incorrect since Box2d, the physics engine that Happy Wheels utilizes has just been changed. For the purpose of top records, the older replays will nonetheless remain available. According to Bonacci, the replays will work just fine if users manage to play the Flash version.

Fans of the game will be thrilled to hear this news since Happy Wheels has long been a favorite of YouTube users and aspiring game creators. People may get some expertise with Box2d, a powerful but famously challenging physics engine, using the level editor in Happy Wheels.

According to Bonacci, he did not create the Javascript version; rather, he engaged a business he believed to be the best qualified to do so. Once this version is out, he intends to continue providing further information.

But Bonacci's attention is on the follow-up. He really wrote all of the code for this new game. And he asserts that these initiatives are succeeding.

With this information, Happy Wheels fans may exhale with ease. This game, which has been around for 10 years, continues to be entertaining and vigorous for players to enjoy and contribute to. Happy Wheels will continue to function on mobile devices and in Javascript once the Flash version is discontinued at the end of this year.
