1. Service your boiler

Winter is nearly over and you may be using your boiler less for heating purposes but now is a good time to get your boiler serviced in preparation for the following winter. Find any faults before they become a headache.
2. Get your radiators power flushed

If you hear clunking noises coming from your radiators and they have cold spots, it may be that your radiators are full of sludge. This can lead to a system failure which is very costly. To remedy this, get your pies and radiators power flushed to flush out the sludge and get your heating working efficiently again.
3. Invest in a new boiler

It might be something that you have considered and dismissed due to the disruption but installing a new boiler in Spring when you are less dependent on it is a sensible idea. It also means that you are ready for winter with an efficient boiler with a guarantee.
4. Service your gas fire

This is another appliance that will be getting less use at this time of year and so it is a great time to get the gas engineer to service your gas fire. Make sure it is in tip-top condition for Autumn.
5. New Plumbing?

If you are considering upgrading any aspect of your plumbing system now would be a great time! Perhaps you are thinking about a new bathroom, new taps or a new shower? Changes to essential rooms like the bathroom are best done in sunny warm weather when windows can be open and things can dry faster like tiles etc.
