What kind of abuse are present in domestic abuse?
Domestic violence can take many different forms, and the victim of domestic violence may experience any of the following:
"Physical abuse" refers to any act or action that results in physical discomfort, harm, or a threat to life, limb, or health, or that impedes the injured person's health or development, and includes assault, criminal intimidation, and criminal force;

  • "Physical abuse" refers to any act or action that results in physical discomfort, harm, or a threat to life, limb, or health, or that impedes the injured person's health or development, and includes assault, criminal intimidation, and criminal force;

  •  "Sexual abuse" refers to any sexual behaviour that breaches a woman's dignity in any way, including by abusing, humiliating, or lowering her;

  •  "verbal and emotional abuse" includes (a) insults, mockery, humiliation, name-calling, and insults or ridicule, particularly with regard to not having a child or a male child; and (b) repeated threats to harm anyone the aggrieved person is interested in physically.

  • “Economic abuse" includes- (a) depriving the aggrieved person of all or any economic or financial resources to which the aggrieved person is entitled under any law or custom, whether payable Whatever the aggrieved party needs out of necessity, whether pursuant to a court order or otherwise, including but not limited to household requirements for the aggrieved party and her children,, if any, shared or separate property, payment of rental related to the rent for the shared home and upkeep are due from the offended party.
