Lot of people seem to experience digestive problems during the winter season. There are many different reasons why people might get stomach problems in the winter. One of the most common reasons is the change in weather. When the temperature drops, our bodies have to work a lot harder to maintain a normal body temperature. This can sometimes lead to digestive problems.
Another common reason for stomach problems in the winter is the increased amount of bacteria and viruses in the air. These bacteria and viruses can cause all sorts of stomach problems, such as diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach flu.
