Vibhuti, also known as bhasma or thiruneeru in Hinduism, is sacred ash used in Agamic ceremonies formed from burnt dried wood, burnt cow dung, and/or cremated human bodies.
What is Vibhuti Yoga?
The tenth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita is referred to as Vibhuti Yoga (Sanskrit:विभूतियोग). This chapter goes into detail about the cosmic forces that the supreme reality wields in order to manage the various forces that operate throughout the universe, demonstrating how He is the Almighty power that creates, maintains, and destroys everything. Shri Krishna further reveals in this chapter how knowledge is only attained via the power of God and how ignorance is destroyed.
