SAP Evaluation is an important step in the rehabilitation process.

It is important for the evaluator to be able to identify and assess the severity of the substance abuse problem. They also have to examine other factors, such as legal and occupational functioning, family and social relationships, psychiatric status, and physical health.

DOT SAP Providers will also have to determine whether there are any co-occurring mental disorders that need treatment. This evaluation will be to help identify a person’s substance abuse. This will be done by looking at the person’s individual traits, family history, and signs of addiction.

The first step in this evaluation is to identify the individual’s traits. The individual’s traits can help determine if they are an addict or not. We want to know if they have a family history of addiction and other mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. We also want to know how long they have been using substances, how much they use them, what substances they use, and what their goal is when using these substances.

The next step in this evaluation is to look at the person’s family history of addiction. This includes any mental health disorders that run in their family as well as any substance abuse that has occurred in their family members past or present. If there is a history of addiction within the family it increases the likelihood that someone will develop.
