CAD - Computer Aided Designing is a software used to increase the productivity of the designer, improve the quality & dimensional accuracy of the designs, and to create a database for manufacturing. Once the design is conceptualized by the designer, it is drawn on paper and then added into the system.
Rapid Prototype - Once the CAD file is ready; it is transferred on 3D Rapid Prototype system which works on the principle of Direct Light Projection Technology. With this, a Resin Model is created. This resin model by 3D Rapid Prototyping System (RPT) is fully functional.
Model Making - The resin model is converted to a silver model by the casting process. This becomes the master design, from which many rubber moulds are made. These rubber moulds become an integral part of the production process and help to create multiple pieces of fine jewellery of the same set or same collection.
Quality Control - QC is a set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product adheres to a defined set of quality criteria, meeting the requirements of the client or customer. The selection of the right quality of diamond to produce exceptional quality coloured diamond jewellery is essential.
