How to Edit and Unsend Messages on iPhone
There are numerous functions in the iPhone that many people are unaware of. Editing and resending messages is one of these options. Furthermore, even though this feature has been around for a while, not everyone is aware of how to use it. We'll examine how to modify and unsend texts on an iPhone in this article.

Turn On the Unsend Feature

You don't need to do anything to use the Unsend feature because it is enabled by default. However, here's how to disable the unsend message option if you need to for whatever reason:

Step 1: Select Messages from the settings menu on your iPhone.

Step 2: Navigate to the "iMessage" area by scrolling down.

Step 3. Tap on this selection.

Step 4: Choose "Send Read Receipts" (or "Show Previews"), then turn it back on or off as necessary.

Edit a Message before Sending It to Anyone

Step 1: On your iPhone, first open the Messages app, then tap and hold the message you wish to edit.

Step 2: When the blue circle around the pencil icon appears, it means the item is ready for editing. Click or tap on it until a message box with options like "Start Over," "Copy & Paste," "Quote Selection," and "Add Attachment" icons and buttons like "Delete," "Done," and similar ones appears in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Step 3: Tap on Edit Message here if you need to make any changes before continuing on, or just move on if you only need to make simple adjustments like deleting images or text from those.
