Understanding how the new UK points- grounded immigration system work
In early 2019 the UK government blazoned the new Points- Grounded Immigration System, in the words of the Home Secretary it's a system that will attract the brightest and the stylish from around the globe, boosting the frugality and our communities, and unleash this country’s full eventuality.
So what's the new points grounded system?
As of 1 Jan 2021 the UK government will end free movement of the EU citizens, European Union (EU) citizens will be treated the same way as those from the rest of the world.

Understanding the points system
To qualify for this visa, settlers will be needed to score 60 points.
– This consists of 20 points offered for enjoying a valid and qualifying instrument of backing from your employer
– Acquiring 20 points for having been offered the applicable payment
– Acquiring 20 points for having been job at the applicable skill position
