The United States will take 55 thousand immigrants in the DV lottery, the application has begun.
nationals of countries that cannot apply for this DV program are Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland), Venezuela and Vietnam.
