But it was not smooth sailing for the company initially as it had to contend with the dilemma of choosing between either building a network of executives and then finding the companies or finding the companies and then hoping to find the executives later. “We started with both and just kept both sides growing simultaneously, and before we knew it, there was a good flow of executives and a good flow of companies. This process over time has been redefined, the tools we use have been upgraded, and our software has improved over time, and is always being fine-tuned,” states the Co-founder & CEO.
