Buildings, Business Personal Property, Tenant Improvements or Betterments, Business Income/Rental Value, and/or Additional Property Coverage may all be insured against earthquake damage (signs, pools, fences, etc.). Mold remediation, earthquake sprinkler leakage, ordinance or law, and flood insurance outside of SFHA A and V are all available as add-ons.
