Custom House Building Steps
Parts of one phase of custom building rely directly on the outcomes of the preceding stages.

Constructing your own house from the ground up is thrilling and nerve-wracking. You don't get to play architect very frequently.

Many options exist, from which architectural style to implement to where electrical outlets should be placed. Stay motivated by thinking about how well the final product will meet your requirements and why you're putting in the effort.

You may also have a strong team behind you through the process if you play your cards well from the start. You should tackle only some facets of a house construction company and design independently.

Custom Building: An Overview

Parts of one phase of custom building rely directly on the outcomes of the preceding stages.

During the architectural design phase, you and your team will create a preliminary house design and estimate, final plans, specifications, engineering, and a comprehensive budget and timetable.

You apply for and get necessary building permits, HOA approval, and financing during the Pre-Construction Period. We also hire the most important subcontractors to install your new home's primary systems during this stage.

The dirt begins to fly in the construction phase. Site preparation, the shell, and further construction phases (including insulation and flooring) follow.

This is the last phase of the inspection process, during which you get one last look around your brand-new house before you move in.

Throughout the Warranty Period, we work tirelessly to ensure your house is flawless before you move in, and we will only stop once you're completely satisfied.

There are several moving pieces and varying durations associated with each stage. Knowing some order to the chaos might help you cope much better.
